YOU MAY NOT use my art commercially without my permission.

DON'T repost my work without permission (if you are a commissioner, you can repost it with credits )

You can alter my art by yourself or ask someone to do it if you asked me first.

DON'T claim my art was made by you.

You may use my art for study/reference if its not heavily inspired. (Be aware that mostly of my art are commissions, and the original character owner may not be happy about this.)

DON'T trace my work.

DON'T transform my work into NFTs or use to train any kind of AI.

You may change the design how many times you want, as long as you keep it recognizable and give me the original credits.

You may use commercially IF you are the current owner and ASKED ME permission.

Don't claim that the design was made by you.

You may not resell for higher than what you purchased for, unless you have added art, your own or commission.

Don't erase any watermark from my artwork.

You may alter any art made by ME (tontossauro/tonto) if asked before hand.

If making a ''sibling'' or related oc, let me know first :) (only if its too similar)

Don't get heavily inspired on my designs to make your own ocs or adopts. (doesn't mean you can't get ideas from it!)

Don't use my ocs/designs to RP if they aren't owned by you!

I get paid before i start the art. I will just start working on the piece after paymant confirmation.

Let me know from the start if you do not want your piece to be posted publicly. If not stated otherwise i will assume that its ok to me to post and use your piece as example. (I will not use your piece for anything commercial.)

I won't do refund UNLESS ive delayed too much the original TaT. (2 months past TaT)

I work on comms in Midweeks and draw for myself on Weekends. (Weekends dont count for TAT.)

Additional Characters has an increase of 85% of the original piece value.

Price can increase with hyper complex character designs and complex ideas/pose without visual ref.

You can ask me a quote about a X kind of commission even if im selling a Y kind. (1.Example: Asking me how much would be to transform a Bust comm into a Half Body.) (2.Example: Asking me how much would be a shaded or lined only version when im selling flat busts.)

Free big drawing changes only on sketch. 1.(Free changes are ok if its a design mistake i have done.) 2.(other changes after lineart is started will cost extra)

You CAN ask to change the character any time during sketch phase, even if if you already approved a sketch. (Change of Character or Idea are unavailable after i start Lineart)

All extra info i may write on the post for slot sale must be considered as part of the T.O.S.

Give max details and refs as possible!

I may refuse to draw a character if i think i wouldn't enjoy working with it.

I DON'T send much wips, i will usually send the 1.sketch for approval, then 2.lineart & 3.base colors before i finish the piece. (the client can request more wips if desired.)

I have permission to use discarded sketches as YCH 1.(you don't own the sketches you did not pay me to finish, unless i stated otherwise, be aware of that) 2.(however, you do can ask me to keep a discarded sketch)

I dont follow a specific order list when doing a comms, i might choose to do a piece in front of another because I wanted to work with another design at the moment. Be aware of this, and if you don't like this, don't choose my work.

I work with multiple comms at the same time. (Most of the time.)

If you got a lineart commission from me with the intention of coloring it yourself, please let me know in advance. (I don't like to find out people made big changes on any work of mine without me knowing.)

Every commission after confirmation will be present on my Trello.

I will only answer about Commission questions, requests and updates on my Contact accounts (Check Commissioning me Tab)
